A. WHO COLLECTS AND PROCESSES YOUR PERSONAL DATA? 

HAPA collects and processes your personal data.

B. HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECT, AND WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED?

Personal data includes all information that can identify a person. For example, name, address, e-mail, job, or other personal information you can provide.

HAPA may collect your personal data in diverse ways. The personal data that we process is provided in our formulary contact. Your personal data can also be provided through phone calls or e-mail.

HAPA may also collect your personal data provided by you at events, job fairs, trade shows and workshops.

If you send us a spontaneous application or if you are a possible candidate for a job position in HAPA, the collect data is only your name, age, contact details, tax identification number, social security number, information about your education and work experience, information about your immigration status if you have nationality outside the European Union, and other important and the essential information to add to your application.

If you are a client, HAPA will need to collect the information about your company that is important to providing services, including contractual information necessary to develop and consolidate the act of contract between the two parties.

If you are a supplier, HAPA will need some information to secure your warranty on products and services, and for payment and contribution purposes.

C. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA? 

The purpose of processing your personal data is to establish customer contacts, conduct contracts with suppliers, respond to requests for information from business contacts, and carry out recruitment processes.

D. YOUR PERSONAL DATA SECURITY

HAPA reserves the duty to ensure the confidentiality and security of all personal data provided by customers, suppliers, candidates for recruitment and any person who individually contacts HAPA to request any information.

Access to your personal data is only allowed under the terms mentioned above, always considering the need and with advance notice to ensure confidentiality regulations by the General Data Protection Regulation.

E. TRANSFERRING DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

HAPA informs you that some of your personal data, such as name and e-mail, may be added to a marketing platform that will only be used internally.

F. DATA STORAGE DURATION

Your personal data will be deleted as soon as the data has met the purpose for which it was collected. HAPA understands that your personal data will be deleted after this deadline unless there is your express consent to the opposite.

You may at any time exercise your right to inform, request, access, amend, erasure, and limit your personal data according to General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, dated April 27.
